Cancellation Policy
At Flowerz R Us LLC, we offer a complimentary initial consultation to help you begin your wedding planning with confidence. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show may require a non-refundable payment, to reschedule with a fee of $25 to secure a new appointment will be required. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you bring your vision to life! Cancellation on flower arrangements. * Cancellation on fresh or faux order flowers Orders may be canceled 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. * Cancellation within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as flowers and materials may have already been or- der or arranged. * 24 hours or same day orders cannot be canceled once placed. * When canceling an order please contact our team by phone at (813) 850-1955. * NOTE: Refunds(if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
